Atera Hospitality is committed to providing professional hospitality management and related services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

As Atera Hospitality primarily provides hospitality management, consulting, and related services, most services delivered are non-returnable and non-refundable once rendered.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Service Fees

Payments made for management services, consulting services, marketing services, operational services, or subscription-based services are generally non-refundable after services have commenced.

3. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

4. Failed Transactions

If a payment is successfully charged but the requested service cannot be provided due to a technical issue or error on our side, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of services before service commencement.

If approved, refunds may be processed after deducting any applicable administrative, processing, or third-party fees.

6. Property Owner Services

For property management agreements, revenue management services, or other contractual services, refund terms shall be governed by the respective service agreement signed between Atera Hospitality and the property owner.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered.

  • Customer change of mind after service delivery.

  • Customer-provided incorrect information.

  • Third-party platform fees.

  • Force majeure events beyond our control.
